- Meeting Points:For general participants, the meeting point is at 9:30 AM on the shores of the Capo Peloro Lagoon near Ganzirri. Members and athletes of local rowing and canoeing clubs are asked to gather at the Rowing Club Peloro on Via Consolare Pompea, 237, Messina.
- Event Duration: The cleanup will run until 1:00 PM, ensuring a thorough effort in clearing the area of waste.
Participation and Materials:
- The initiative will involve volunteers from piùblu, with significant support from local athletes and club members.
- All participants will be provided with a "piùblu Clean-Up Kit," including recyclable gloves and bags for waste collection.
- Volunteers from the FIDAS association will be present to raise awareness about blood donation, highlighting the importance of both blood and water as vital sources of life.
